Except Those Days be Shortened

Matthew 24:22 and except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.

I admit I use to wonder how God would shorten those days he was talking about concerning the prophecy of the end time. It is now becoming more obvious everyday how he would do it. 

I am one that spends time everyday in prayer and study of God’s word and the current events of our day and time as they pertain to prophetical end time events. There was a time when studying prophecy was more difficult because we didn’t have the events as they relate to end time prophecy so prevalent as they are today especially from the point of delivery such as a woman in travail with a child and this is exactly where we are today.   Things are happening at such a pace today it is hard for even someone like me that spends hours every day trying to keep up with them. I am not criticizing or blaming Obama and his team but the astute student would have to admit since his ascension to the presidency things have sped up with a pace unlike any other in my life time. When George W. Bush was president he was ostracized and viciously attacked for acting upon the national interests of the United States within the now dominate global environment. As a pronounced citizen of the world, Obama instead insists that we must all shoulder "the burdens of global citizenship." Thus, the United States of America, the last major holdout against global governance, has under President Obama joined efforts to deal with most matters within the framework of globalism. Whatever reluctance was shown in the past, America has now officially under the Obama administration joined the global community lock, stock, and barrel.

 It is as if everything is in fast forward. These shortened days are the result of the things Jesus spoke of in Matthew 24, Luke 17, 21, Mark 13 and Revelation not to mention many Old Testament prophecies of the end time such as Daniel, Isaiah, Joel, Ezekiel, Jeremiah several others. It is the culmination of events that are happening in an accelerated pace such as a woman in travail. Like a woman giving birth to a child the minutes and seconds come together closer and closer but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish so shall it be with those that have endured to the end. That is how it will soon be for those of us that have persevered. America’s financial crisis and the world’s leaders calling for the elimination of the dollar for a one world currency are revealing. America’s spiritual decline as recent polls suggests are all important signs of where we are in prophecy. Russia’s alignment with Iran and other of the Arab world as spoken of by Ezekiel and world leaders dividing up the world into regions are all important prophecies for the end time just prior to Christ’s return to earth for his church. I could go on and on because so many of the signs Jesus gave us to know when his return would be imminent are all about us. This is not to mention the many natural disasters encompassing the world and how on a worldwide basis mind altering drugs spoken of in Revelation are a major factor influencing the decisions and events we are witnessing. Without a doubt, it is easy to understand how those days will be shortened by the heightened occurrences of events in our day and time.

Scoffers in the last days

2 Peter 3:3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts. Isaiah described them this way, Isaiah 56:10-12 His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter. Come ye, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and tomorrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant.  Some can even be describes as those Isaiah 28:7 But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment. Granted, I could write a lot more on the subject of scoffers in the last days but in the interest of space I will limit it to an important happening at this time, which is the nation of Israel.

It is a sad fact that many who call themselves Christians are participating in a false doctrine hatched out of hell. I am talking about “Replacement Theology”. This theology put in its simplest terms says that Israel was replaced by the church after the destruction of Jerusalem and the Jews were dispersed all over the world in A.D. 70. This despite the fact Israel is back in their land as God promised in Ezekiel 36 and 37 and many other prophecies that speak to the fact God would bring the Jew back into his land in the end time. As a matter of fact it is one of the signs the Lord gave us to know the time of the end is upon us. Matthew 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree (Israel); Matthew 24:33 so likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. Matthew 24:34 Verily I say unto you, this generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh. It is a little ironic that we are commanded to pray for the peace of Jerusalem but instead much of the church world even in America is set forth to condemn Israel and much of it is because of this ridiculous “Replacement Theology” teaching. I realize some of these preachers and church organizations are doing through ignorance but many are not. What this spirit is doing is setting up or making it easier for so-called Christians to lend hatred toward Israel and make Israel out to be the cause of all the world’s problems. Of course part of the justification for this is the commodity that drives the economy, oil that is black gold.  Many of the more recognized church organizations are even divesting their interest in Israel in protest of what they perceive as unfair treatment of the Palestinians when it is the Palestinians doing the terror, not Israel. If you stop and think about whom in the Middle East is our real friend and ally? Israel is only protecting itself but so that the bible can be fulfilled, which says the whole world will hate Israel, we see this is a fact of life in the nation of Israel. The Lord did warn us if we would bother to wipe the dust off our bibles that Zechariah 12:3 and in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it. I might add here the Obama administration has done a double-backed flip away from Israel, which is a dangerous thing because God said, Genesis 12:3 and I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. You have to remind yourself if you are student of the bible the devil has always hated the Jew because this is the people God chose to bring the whole world the word of God and salvation through the death, burial, and resurrection of the Jew the Lord Jesus Christ so it is no coincidence that the world hates the Jew as well. In case you haven’t noticed that hatred is finally catching up with the true Christian as well. Again Jesus warned John 15:18 if the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If people would do as they are commanded and study to show themselves approved and at the same time periodically examine themselves to see if they are of the faith this theology wouldn’t have been able to grow to the dimension it has and deceive so many. As a result we have many Matthew 15:14 blind leaders of the blind and if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. If you are a student of the bible and pray for God’s understanding of his word then 2 Peter 3:17-18 ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness. But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen.

Focus on the tree and not the forest

One key for you to remember is all these prophetical events that happen after the rapture of the church are for those that have not made themselves ready to deal with and not the church we’re outta here in eleven hundredths of a second or the twinkling of an eye. So I encourage you not to be as the five foolish virgins but be as the five wise virgins that stayed full of the Holy Ghost and power. After Revelation 4 and the first verse the church is not mentioned again until they are seen coming with the Lord Jesus Christ to set up his earthly kingdom at the end of the tribulation period. In other words, we can escape the wrath of God by preparing now to meet him in the clouds at the rapture just prior to the man of sin or anti-Christ is revealed.

John 16:19-22 Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him, and said unto them, Do ye inquire among yourselves of that I said, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me? Verily, verily, I say unto you, that ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy. A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world. And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you. John 14:1 let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. Matthew 24:44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. Take hold of the faith of God that your belief in him fosters in your hour of need.

Letter to Pundits and Columnist

While you are pointing out the moral and/or social dilemma of the bonuses and the destruction of the dollar through trillions of dollars of printed money not backed up or insured by anything but sure fire higher future inflation and a worthless dollar, don't forget millions of Americans gave Obama campaign donations from their credit cards and many of them have since defaulted on the payback to the credit card companies and we the people are bailing out the credit card companies. In other words, all Americans are paying for his $650,000,000 plus campaign now. Where is the justice in that and isn't that setting a very dangerous future precedent along with allowing foreign donations to his campaign? That’s right, because the law says donations of $200.00 or less doesn’t have to be reported or opened to public scrutiny millions came into the coffers of Obama’s campaign and it has since been learned many of these donations were highly repetitive from the same people and organizations overseas, many of which came from Islamic countries.  Are we going to remain silent on this issue and see it become a way of life in future American political campaigns or are we going to demand this campaign law be changed? Are we going to demand that if credit card companies that had people donate to political campaigns get left holding the bag on these defaulted paybacks not qualify for a bailout?  Why is there nary a word mentioned about this?  ACORN a taxpayer funded organization campaigned heavily for the man and is the main reason he got elected and while under investigation in many states that have since gone by the wayside. This is an ethics violation as well as against the law or at least I thought it was. This falls in line with preachers or religious organizations that receive tax exempt status supporting a president from the pulpit but nothing has been said about this has there? Shouldn’t ACORN lose their tax exempt status and tax payer funding and shouldn’t the unions, green organizations, NOW, PETA, Jesse Jackson’s Rainbow Coalition, Planned Parenthood, LaRaza as well as the NCAAP? Isn't there something in the law that says if you receive federal funds as an organization, foundation, institution or any other entity you are not allowed to endorse a candidate? The above are just a few that campaigned and sent money to Obama’s campaign that receives tax exempt status as well as tax payer funding but it is only the Christian organizations that get hammered and threatened if they endorse a candidate. We must get away from this double standard now. Don’t you think this is a serious enough issue to demand this double standard get the brakes put on now? The only way this is ever going to change is for the American people to fire every incumbent and replace them with only God fearing, fervent prayer warriors that seek the council of God, with the backbone to right the wrongs by taking on the strongholds Satan has established in the nation’s capital. This is what the bible refers to as “wickedness in high places”, which includes both spiritual and physical. I think all would agree our nation is eat up with corruption and sin. But as usual this will not make the light of day as serious conversation in our country so the faith of many will wax worse and worse until we reach the level of Sodom and Gomorrah and the days of Noah. This despite the fact God said, 2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. Isn’t it a fact we have reached the end of the road or exhausted about everything else and it hasn’t made a dent in correcting the wrongs? Since we now recognize depending on man has failed why not give God a chance?

Since the democrats created this mortgage fiasco in the first place via Clinton, Franks, and Dodd with the prodding of the black caucus they now feel obligated to make scapegoats out of the rest of us. These leaders forced the Macs and Maes of the financial world to make loans to people they knew couldn’t afford them.  By now most know people bought homes they couldn’t afford and weren’t even ask if they could afford them have defaulted and as a result the rest of us that live within our means meaning much sacrifice to keep our ever-loving heads above water are being forced to pay the notes. While they continue to live in penthouses many of us are still in the outhouses yet we are being told to have compassion on these that can’t afford these luxurious homes.  Adding insult to injury, we are now not being asked but told we are going to bail out Bank of America for the bad home loans they made to illegal aliens and other such loans to illegal aliens. Just the fact they made loans to lawbreakers was enough to make me switch banks, now I have to pay for those bad loans.  What gives people?  I'll tell you one thing that gives.  Hillary is offering these homes to foreigners or so I am told.  America has gone to hell in a handbasket and no one seems to care but me.  Woe is me the whole world is collapsing around me!  What to do what to do? It has been reported several times some of these people that purchased these expensive homes had incomes of $19,000 per year or less and got sub-prime mortgages or variable rate interest loans of as much as $700,000. How can this be?  I figured out one thing I think.  The international financiers that control monetary matters in America and the rest of the world like Republicans better than Democrats.  Why, because when it comes to getting really dumb things accomplished they know they can depend on the democrats, hence the mortgage crisis. They simply play on the power sympathies.  They know democrats are so desperate for power they will do anything to obtain it.  Liberals never admit to mistakes but instead find a way to justify their actions and do it by you guessed it, putting their folly on the backs of the taxpayers, which is always the action they take for their own "goofs". Democrats have stolen the Reverend Ike's motto, which is the lack of money is the root of all evil.  Never mind the fact Obama can’t find anyone to serve his socialist agenda but tax dodgers. Don’t get me wrong I believe in being my brother’s keeper but the democrats have taken this responsibility to a whole new level and out of the realm of what it truly means. But as the saying goes birds of a feather flock together. This reminds me of a story a person sent me and it fits perfectly into the mindset of democrats we now have running our country.

EPILOGUE Bill Clinton is getting $12 million for his memoirs.
 
Hillary got $8 million for hers.
 
That's $20 million for the memories from two people, who for eight years
repeatedly testified, under oath, that they couldn't remember anything.
 
IS THIS A GREAT BARNYARD OR WHAT?

It is becoming more obvious everyday liberal democrats have lived a deprived life and some have made it to positions of authority determined others don’t have to. They spend so much working on the self-esteem of people they totally destroy the meaning of the word especially the part the demands messing up and learning from it and pulling on the boot straps and going forward. This is how one attains lasting self-esteem. If one never learns from his/her mistakes and makes the necessary adjustments to right the wrong they stay muddled in the mire their whole lives and the only recourse is to blame somebody else for their failures. This is why we have such educational programs created such as Goals 2000 and such. Instead of correcting a child that said two plus two is five by telling him/her it is four these ignoramuses’ teach if that is what you want it to be then that is the right answer. They say there is a spirit behind everything that happens and I have to wonder what was God thinking when he created some of these evil mentally challenged spirits that chose to follow Satan over God or was it they had turned so bad he turned them over to a reprobate mind like many of these democrats?  Remember, according to liberal thinking it is always somebody else's fault and never the person that commits the murder, crime or whatever the circumstance dictates.  To a liberal taking responsibility for one’s own actions puts that person in the class of bigots, hate mongers, and whatever else they dream up to demean acceptance of personal responsibility. The term “pass the buck” has shot its wad as far as I am concerned. This ideology is why America has fallen behind the rest of the world in so many areas and soon we will be no more than a third world country if “we the people” don’t fire every incumbent in Washington and take our country back. The only qualification for being a liberal is to be in all aspects as it pertains to life in general mentally challenged or “dumb and dumber”.

You Load Sixteen Tons and What Do You Get?

It is repeatedly being said the Republicans need to stay the current course and keep harping about the tax and spend liberals and they will win back control of government.  The knowledge of the tax and spend policy of Democrats is not relevant here and not a factor at all. I know that may shock you somewhat but it needs to be said in the interest of truth. I wish that were true but it isn’t because it is obvious the leadership of the Republican still don’t have a clue what this past election was all about evidenced by repeating the same old same old. To start with, the Republican leadership doesn’t have anything to back up their demands for conservatism. The only way conservatives will be a voice again is if they have the economic tools behind them. When it comes to understanding the mindset of the American people it comes down to this. When a person loses his/her ability to control their own destiny a historically familiar pattern develops everything to include morals  goes out the window and that is the pattern we are all witnessing. It is a time in America where there is little hope for a man/woman to be successful in creating a sustained good life for their family. And because it is so difficult to accept losing a comfortable lifestyle to a much less one hope goes out the window and people will grasp at any opportunity to maintain a comfort level they are used to even it if it is done with through the roof credit, which is what happened.   I might add this desperation is what makes for a dangerous situation in that a silver-tongued guy like Obama can masterfully manipulate the minds of the American people into believing anything that promises to restore people to their former selves, hence the words of a former United Nations Secretary General, we need a man that can get us out of this hell, we don’t care if it is the devil himself.   

When we lost our manufacturing jobs which is the backbone of any economy and what made America the envy of the world we started down the slippery slope to oblivion. These jobs are gone and Republicans had their chance to stop it and didn't. I have to ask what are the Republican leaders going to conserve? Tech jobs are gone now also and all that is left is a service and stock market economy that is dependent on what these overseas jobs or our former manufacturing jobs provide for us. We stand at the ready to service these manufactured products in all its forms but few are being produced today and those that are being sought after by service companies in the rest of the world at a greatly reduced cost. This is a cost that makes America a non-competitive entity with the result that forces down wages that much more. When you lose your manufacturing base you also lose the ability to decide how these products will be marketed and serviced. Add to that the fact we allowed our technological advantage to get away from us through selling or giving away our technology we are where we are. Our arrogance and ignorance is responsible for lowering our guard on this precious advantage we once held. Then we allowed the extremist of the far-left leverage over our ability to remain a manufacturing giant through “wacko” environmentalist and groups such as PETA, NOW, ACLU (American Communist Law Usurpers) and many others. Our leaders have essentially done a double back flip with our trade policy; gone from setting the rules to being a follower of the rules. You are left at the mercy of what others do meaning you no longer control your own destiny. The service jobs that are left are being given to overseas entities because of the cheap labor so we are losing here also. So what is left for Republicans to harp on? In 1955 78% of the GDP was based in manufacturing and today that figure is 14% and replaced with consumer spending which now makes up 70% of the GDP, so consider the dramatic affects this has had on the American economy. We are left with our hands out saying to the rest of the world “make something so I can package and sell it for you”. We have gone from magnate to beggar. This is where we are today so it is not altogether the American people's fault for taking the position they have towards Obama. I think if you research what pulled most heavily on the heart strings of most Americans during the campaign you will find it is when Obama said he was going to stop giving tax breaks to companies that moved jobs overseas and give them to companies that are here in America. Of course we all know that is another of his big lies because he knows he doesn’t control that aspect of the economy because we have turned our economy over to the international financiers of the world and they will determine our future. After all, W pushed so-called “free trade” by lying to Americans that it is the way to grow the economy and Americans finally saw that for what it was, growing trade deficits that are out of control to the point our creditors dictate policy to us now. Examples: the Arabs demand we accept “Sharia Law” as a prerequisite for loaning money to AIG now called 21^st Century or anyone else. Take the UK for example it is now deeply entrenched in Shariah-Compliant Finance – which means Islamists not only have demonstrations, riots and terrorism with which to threaten the Brits they also have the power of money. In other words the way of life for Britain’s citizens has changed dramatically. So when  the outrageous detention of Dutch parliamentarian Geert Wilders when he entered London’s Heathrow Airport, after which British authorities deported Wilders back to Holland. Why? Wilders flew to London after being invited to show his documentary Fitna in Britain’s House of Lords, in spite of being warned by the British Home Office that his presence in the UK would “threaten community harmony and therefore public security.”

In other words, Islamists were protesting and there were those in the British government who were afraid that Wilders’ visit would set off Muslim rioting or, worse yet, terrorist attacks.  China has used manipulation of their currency to maintain an advantage over America with little being said or done about it because we can no longer act from a position of strength. China has gone virtually unchallenged with only lip service toward them with this illegal procedure they have used for years. To start with you don’t do business with evil empires like we have China because we get the results we are witnessing today and turn our backs on our friends such Taiwan. We are reaping what we have sown and as far as the blame being leveled at the American people about the only truth here is we keep re-electing the same reprobates again and again and the sellout continue unabated. God help us I hope we learn from this and don’t repeat the same mistake.

The greatest demise of the American economy began with Clinton (NAFTA, World Trade Organization) and W through so-called non-existent free trade policy, plus open borders allowed the false economy (credit and a manipulated stock market) to grow where it is now and it has come home to roost. We have had plenty of years of experience with the WTO to understand the anti-U.S. nature of this globalist organization and how trade policies of recent decades that have helped to neuter a fair portion of a once much mightier U.S. industrial base. The greatest deception of this period of time simply means the so-called sustained economic growth during the Clinton years was done so artificially under the guise of credit while the implementation of sending manufacturing overseas was accomplished.  Clinton also raided Social Security to fund non-related socialist programs and pay down debt while at the same time reducing our defense capabilities drastically.   Add to that Clinton's making loans to homeowners that couldn't afford them and as a result it drove up all time high records of consumer debt and the banks are defaulting as a result of being forced to make these loans by him. I have no doubt once the dust settles and an objective look is taken of the Clinton years in the White House he will go down as one of th worst presidents in the history of the United States because of what he did to the economy and how he lowered the bar morally. And the Democrats and Republicans remained virtually silent while this was taking place. 

The only way Republicans will gain a voice again is to somehow get these manufacturing jobs back in America and quite honestly with the international bankers, central banks, etc. using their ability to manipulate currencies and now having control of our economy I don't see that happening. As Ernie Ford sang, you load sixteen tons and what do you get, another day older and deeper in debt, St. Peter don’t you call me cause I can’t go, I owe my soul to the company store and only St. Peter or rather Jesus can get us out of this fiasco but at this point the majority of Americans can’t see the trees for the forest because they are single-mindedly focused on financial survival. Republicans had the chance to right the wrongs of jobs being shipped overseas, the growing homosexual community’s influence on politics, abortion, hate crimes, pornography, and all other immoral things that are bringing down America but didn’t. Republicans had the chance to stand strong for our only democratic ally (Israel) in the Middle-East and didn’t do it. Instead, they knowingly forced Israel to agree to give up more land for peace to an enemy that will never be satisfied until Israel is completely destroyed which isn’t going to happen because these people happen to be the apple of God’s eye contrary to what many pulpits are spewing today via “Replacement Theology” which says Israel has been replaced by the church and all prophecy ceased at A.D.70. We missed a great chance to capitalize on God’s promise by adhering to God’s word which says, Genesis 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee (Israel), and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. Instead of dealing with the Arabs from a position of strength as Reagan did our leadeship caved to the demands of the Arab Muslims.  God described the Arab this way, which are by the way descendents of Ishmael Abraham’s illegitimate child Genesis 16:12 And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren. Without elaborating isn’t this what we are witnessing from these people and the bible is proved to be true on this matter. Take the time to study the Quran and you will get an even better understanding of the mindset of these barbarians as Reagan called them.

The bottom line is Americans want long time secure jobs they can plan their lives around and there aren’t any. Average life of a middle or upper income job today is five years so what kind of planning can one do when faced with this? Under the current cloud of uncertainty the mortgage delinquency fiasco can only do one thing and that is to continue as it now is. Can one imagine taking on a 30 year mortgage with these prospects combined with the fact Americans all things considered are working at 1978 wage levels and real inflation is still creeping up forcing them to lose even more buying power. Americans have no choice but look to government for help because our economy has relegated us to a welfare state dependent on socialistic policy for survival. It s true this policy will also fail as has been proven repeatedly by other nations that have gone down this road but what other horse are the American people going ride until this happens? We are at the end of our rope and because we remained silent for so long we are about to finish hanging ourselves. America is as the story of the horse tormented by a boar. Exasperated, Horse asked Man for help. “Certainly,” said Man, “I shall help you, but first you must let me saddle you up.” Agreeing to the terms, Horse found his problem quickly resolved, but found too, the price extracted was weighty: Horse’s freedom. Of course, the moral of this story applies directly to what we see happening in America today, which is a frightened and tormented people that is willing to horse-trade away its fundamental freedoms.   Harp all you want about spending but until you give the American people something concrete or hope they can sink their teeth into forget it. We are clinging desperately to end of the slippery slope and Obama and the Democrats are applying the grease to make it a near impossibility to hold onto.  There is only one possibility for America notwithstanding turning our moral lives around  to include our position on Israel and that is socialism then communism.

As I have warned many times in the past it is not a good thing to put so much trust in man. This article does a great job of explaining why. You should find this article very enlightening and should store it to share with others or immediately pass it on. Our leading conservative commentators refuse to discuss this issue because their livelihoods would be threatened and you need to understand this. The people pushing the one-world government system are also the ones that own the media in all its forms in America. Other than that much of what they say we find agreement but must never close our eye to the reality of the situation as far as they are concerned. They are doing their part to provide us with an alternative to occupy us to the parts of the liberal agenda they choose but as you should have noticed it has in the end had little affect because the agenda is going ahead with a full head of steam. When the day comes these commentators do start talking about a New World Order that is the day to be really concerned because that means the planners are sure there will be no turning back. I have looked at our form of government for some time as a two-party system liberal and conservative with one head. This article will also reveal the one head so please allow yourself to gain understanding of what is going on.

It is hard to believe, but a majority of Americans (including Christians and conservatives) seem oblivious to the fact that there is a very real, very legitimate New World Order (NWO) unfolding. In the face of overwhelming evidence, most Americans not only seem totally unaware of this reality, they seem unwilling to even remotely entertain the notion.

On one hand, it is understandable that so many Americans would be ignorant of the emerging New World Order. After all, the mainstream media refuses to report, or even acknowledge, the NWO. Even "conservative" commentators and talk show hosts such as Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage, or Joe Scarborough refuse to discuss it. And when listeners call these respective programs, these "conservative" hosts usually resort to insulting the caller as being some kind of "conspiracy kook." One host even railed that if anyone questions the government line on 9/11, we should "lock them up and throw away the key." So much for freedom of speech!

This is an area--perhaps the central area--where liberals and conservatives agree: they both show no patience or tolerance for anyone who believes that global government (in any form) is evolving. One has to wonder how otherwise intelligent and thoughtful people can be so brain dead when it comes to this issue. It makes one wonder who is really pulling their strings, doesn't it?

The list of notable personalities who have openly referenced or called for some kind of global government or New World Order is extremely lengthy. Are all these people "kooks" or "conspiracy nuts"? Why would world leaders--including presidents, secretaries of state, and high government officials; including the media, financial, and political elite--constantly refer to something that doesn't exist? Why would they write about, talk about, or openly promote a New World Order, if there is no such thing?

Many of us recall President George Herbert Walker Bush talking much about an emerging New World Order. For example, in 1989, Bush told the students of Texas A&M University, "Perhaps the world order of the future will truly be a family of nations."

Later, Bush, Sr. said, "We have before us the opportunity to forge for ourselves and for future generations a new world order . . .. When we are successful, and we will be, we have a real chance at this new world order, an order in which a credible United Nations can use its peacekeeping role to fulfill the promise and vision of the U.N.'s founders."

Bush, Sr. also said, "What is at stake is more than one small country, it is a big idea--a new world order."

Bush, Sr. further said, "The world can therefore seize the opportunity to fulfill the long-held promise of a new world order . . ."

What was President G.H.W. Bush talking about, if there is no such thing as an emerging New World Order? Was he talking out of his mind? Was he hallucinating?

England's Prime Minister, Tony Blair, said, "We are all internationalists now, whether we like it or not." He continued saying, "On the eve of a new Millennium we are now in a new world. We need new rules for international co-operation and new ways of organizing our international institutions." He also said, "Today the impulse towards interdependence is immeasurably greater. We are witnessing the beginnings of a new doctrine of international community."

In 1999, Tony Blair said, "Globalization has transformed our economies and our working practices. But globalism is not just economic. It is also a political and security phenomenon."

What is Tony Blair talking about, if there is no emerging New World Order? What does he mean by "a new doctrine of international community"? What does he mean by "new world"? How can one have globalism, which includes "a political and security phenomenon," without creating a New World Order? Is Tony Blair hallucinating?

Likewise, former President George W. Bush penned his signature to the Declaration of Quebec back on April 22, 2001, in which he gave a "commitment to hemispheric integration and national and collective responsibility for improving the economic well-being and security of our people."

By "our people," Bush meant the people of the Western Hemisphere, not the people of the United States. Phyllis Schlafly rightly reminded us that G.W. Bush "pledged that the United States will 'build a hemispheric family on the basis of a more just and democratic international order.'"

Remember, too, that it was G.W. Bush who, back in 2005, committed the United States to the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP), which is nothing more than a precursor to the North American Community or Union, as outlined in CFR member Robert Pastor's manual, "Toward a North American Community."

If there is no such thing as an emerging New World Order, what was G.W. Bush talking about when he referred to "a hemispheric family" and an "international order"?

The public statements of notable world leaders regarding an emerging New World Order are copious. Consider the statements of former CBS newsman, Walter Cronkite.

In his book, "A Reporter's Life," Walter Cronkite said, "A system of world order--preferably a system of world government--is mandatory. The proud nations someday will see the light and, for the common good and their own survival, yield up their precious sovereignty . . ." Cronkite told BBC newsman Tim Sebastian, "I think we are realizing that we are going to have to have an international rule of law." He added, "We need not only an executive to make international law, but we need the military forces to enforce that law." Cronkite also said, "American people are going to begin to realize that perhaps they are going to have to yield some sovereignty to an international body to enforce world law."

If there is no emerging New World Order, what is Walter Cronkite talking about? Can there be any doubt that Cronkite is talking about global government? Absolutely not!

Now, when Bush, Sr. talks about fulfilling "the promise and vision of the U.N.'s founders," he was talking about the same thing former UN Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali was talking about when he said, "The time for absolute and exclusive sovereignty . . . has passed."

The United Nations has been on the forefront of promoting the New World Order agenda since its very inception. In 1995, the UN released a manual entitled, "Our Global Neighborhood." It states, "Population, consumption, technology, development, and the environment are linked in complex relationships that bear closely on human welfare in the global neighborhood. Their effective and equitable management calls for a systematic, long-term, global approach guided by the principle of sustainable development, which has been the central lesson from the mounting ecological dangers of recent times. Its universal application is a priority among the tasks of global governance."

If there is no emerging New World Order, what is "global governance" all about?

"Who are the movers and shakers promoting global government?" you ask. Obviously, it is the international bankers who are the heavyweights behind the push for global government. Remember, one cannot create a "global economy" without a global government to manage, oversee, and control it.

In a letter written to Colonel E. Mandell House, President Franklin D. Roosevelt said, "The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the large centers has owned the government of the U.S. since the days of Andrew Jackson."

"Old Hickory" did his best to rid the United States from the death grip that the international bankers were beginning to exert on this country. He may have been the last President to actually oppose the bankers. In discussing the Bank Renewal bill with a delegation of bankers in 1832, Jackson said, "Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long time, and I am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the eternal God, I will rout you out."! ;

Unfortunately, the international bankers proved themselves to be too formidable for President Jackson. And in 1913, with the collaboration of President Woodrow Wilson, the bankers were given charge over America's financial system by the creation of the Federal Reserve.

Ever since the CFR and Trilateral Commission were created, they have filled the key leadership positions of government, big media, and of course, the Federal Reserve.

In his book, "With No Apologies," former Republican Presidential nominee Barry Goldwater wrote, "The Trilateral Commission is intended to be the vehicle for multinational consolidation of the commercial and banking interests by seizing control of the political government of the United States. The Trilateral Commission represents a skillful, coordinated effort to seize control and consolidate the four centers of power-- political, monetary, intellectual and ecclesiastical. What the Trilateral Commission intends is to create a worldwide economic power superior to the political governments of the nation-states involved. As managers and creators of the system, they will rule the future." Was Goldwater a prophet or what?

And again, the goals of the global elite have been publicly stated. Back in 1991, the founder of the CFR, David Rockefeller praised the major media for their complicity in helping to facilitate the globalist agenda by saying, "We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. . . . It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries."

How could Rockefeller be any plainer? He acknowledged the willful assistance of the major media in helping to keep the elitists' agenda of global government from the American people. To this day, the major media has not deviated from that collaboration. And this includes the aforementioned "conservative" talking heads. They know if they want to keep their jobs, they dare not reveal the New World Order. The NWO, more than anything else, is the "Third Rail" to the national media.

Is it any wonder that President Barack Obama has stacked his government with numerous members of the CFR? Among these are Robert Gates, Janet Napolitano, Eric Shinseki, Timothy Geithner, and Tom Daschle. Other CFR members include CFR President Richard Haass, CFR Director Richard Holbrooke, and founding member of the Trilateral Commission and CFR member Paul Volcker. Obama even asked a CFR member, Rick Warren, to deliver the inaugural prayer.

Still not convinced? Just a few days ago, when asked by a reporter what he thought the most important thing was that Barack Obama could accomplish, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger said, "I think his task will be develop an overall strategy for America in this period when, really, a New World Order can be created. It's a great opportunity; it isn't just a crisis."

This is the same Henry Kissinger, you will recall, who said back in 1991, "Today, America would be outraged if UN troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow, they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there were [sic] an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government."

Even Gideon Rachman, the chief foreign affairs commentator for the Financial Times, wrote an editorial expressing his support for world government. In his column he said, "I have never believed that there is a secret United Nations plot to take over the US. . . . But, for the first time in my life, I think the formation of some sort of world government is plausible.

"A 'world government' would involve much more than co-operation between nations. It would be an entity with state-like characteristics, backed by a body of laws. The European Union has already set up a continental government for 27 countries, which could be a model. The EU has a supreme court, a currency, thousands of pages of law, a large civil service and the ability to deploy military force.

"So could the European model go global? There are three reasons for thinking that it might."

Rachman then goes on to explain the reasons why he believes world government is plausible.

Do you now see why it does not matter to a tinker's dam whether it is a Republican or Democrat who resides at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue? For the most part, both major parties in Washington, D.C., have been under the dominating influence of the international bankers who control the Federal Reserve, the CFR, and the Trilateral Commission. And this is also why it does not matter whether one calls himself conservative or liberal. For the most part, both conservatives and liberals in Washington, D.C., are facilitating the emerging New World Order. It is time we wake up to this reality.

Presidents Bush, Sr., Bill Clinton, and Bush, Jr. have thoroughly set the table for the implementation of the NWO, as surely as the sun rises in the east. All Obama has to do is put the food on the table--and you can count on this: Barack Obama will serve up a New World Order feast like you cannot believe!

That a New World Order is emerging is not in question. The only question is, What will freedom-loving Americans do about it? Of course, the first thing they have to do is admit that an emerging New World Order exists! Until conservatives, Christians, pastors, constitutionalists, and others who care about a sovereign, independent United States acknowledge the reality of an emerging New World Order, they will be incapable of opposing it. And right now, that is exactly what they are not doing.

 The time has come to confront the same-sex advocates with an extremely strong sold out Christian response all across the nation realizing of course they will be depicted as hatemonging bigots and whatever else they can come up with using the media as the source of their onslaught.  However, the only way we are going to succeed in stopping this abomination is through an unrelenting united Christian response nationwide.  It is only then that the people will rise up and throw these bums out on their heels.  Get recall petitions to throw the judges, legislators, and everyone else in elected office out?  They may be entrenched so heavily at the local and state level as it appears to me they are but do it anyway to show the sheep you are fighting for them and they will join you. They must have leadership and it is up to the churches to unite in this effort regardless of doctrinal differences. All that name the name of Christ are in this together! Don’t let the Devil keep you divided over doctrinal differences. If you do you are handing him yours and your follower’s souls and thus victory. I think all of you have to admit this is one issue you can all agree. You must be stern (unyielding) faced and determined no matter what.  How many Christians are there in America?  Bring the churches together and "get er done". 

I noticed in an email a "black book" has been distributed to children in a public school of Massachusetts that list places and/or people young people could hook up with adults.  Use this as part of your outreach.  For those that don't know Massachusetts is one of three states that now allow gay marriage with the promise from Obama that all will be legal before he is done.  This same evil spirit that never dies has resurfaced and out to destroy our society and our precious young just as it did in the days prior to God destroying Sodom and Gomorrah for this abominable sexual act.  Don't focus on the individual, focus on the spirit behind it with this understanding.  Ephesians 6:12 for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.  Ephesians 6:13-24  Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.  Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.   But that ye also may know my affairs, and how I do, Tychicus, a beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, shall make known to you all things: Whom I have sent unto you for the same purpose, that ye might know our affairs, and that he might comfort your hearts. Consider the Following Scenario and Whether This Is What You Want For Yourself and Your Family

The children were taught homosexuality
We see how commonplace this is among lesbians today.  This is backed up in that the young male children were homosexuals in Sodom. Their mothers must have raised them this way and the lifestyle was acceptable.  Is this not what we see happening in America even as I write this letter. Liberal activist judges in this country are giving homosexual men/women the right to adopt innocent children into this evil lifestyle. Peter in describing these false teachers says in 2nd Peter 2:14 having eyes full of adultery and cannot cease from sin, beguiling unstable souls; a heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children.  They have forsaken the right way and gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor who loved the wages of unrighteousness.  This is why only Christians need apply in my book.

It Was Legal
Genesis 19:5- and they called unto Lot, asking him where are the men that came unto thee this night?  Bring them unto us that we may know them.  Know means to have sex with them.  It was both young and old that wanted to have intercourse with the angels.  They wanted to sodomize them in public.  When they could not have them they threatened Lot with the same.  Lot was a judge in the city. They said stand back and again they said, “this one fellow (Lot) came in to sojourn and now we will deal worse with you than them (angels).  They pressed sore upon Lot and came near to break the door.  Lot’s response was to offer his daughters to save the angels, which was wrong.  One can never do evil that good may come of it.  

According to scripture only Lot and his family were saved out of Sodom and Gomorrah although Abraham pleaded with God to save them all. God gave Abraham the opportunity to save all that didn’t participate in this ungodly sin but he could only find that it was Lot’s family that hadn’t participated in the homosexual lifestyle, sex with beast, and other ungodly acts.

For those that claim to be Christians, it is put up or shut up time that is if we want to give a lost and dying population reason or hope to become Christians. I am familiar with the temptation as a boomer to disassociate ourselves from controversy and stay in our comfort zones, but if you are like most of us, wishing we had done things better, now is the perfect time to earn the respect we want from our children by standing up for the righteousness of God. I can assure you, there is no better way to earn our children’s respect and honor than getting out of our zone and lead by example. And too, spineless Christians will have no part in the kingdom of God. To steal a word form the singer Merle Haggard, "Your walking on the fightin side of God and me." After all, this is the Christians call!

Consider this, in this election social issues barely got a mention because the interest of Americans overwhelmingly concerned their pocketbooks. The Christian vote was split half and half between the candidates. If you’re a Christian and have a fair understanding of God and His word, try and picture yourself as God sitting on the throne watching this scenario take place in a land he has blessed tremendously because the people once stood on the righteous principles of His book and worshipped Him with their whole heart. Also consider this, America has evolved into a nation that leads the world in homosexuality, promiscuity, pornography, divorce, abortion, violent crime, drug usage, alcoholism, and child abuse: a country which embraces its enemies (China through trade) while turning its back on its friends (Taiwan); and a country which turns its back on its spiritual, Christ-centered heritage while believing itself to still be the greatest – is ready for a major fall,” says Don McAlvany. It happened to Rome, Babylon, Persia, Assyria, Greece, and now America is on the verge of allowing it to happen. 

In a study done by Dixie Lee Ray, he noted that throughout the history of great democratic nations, they endured about 200 years before their fall from power and subsequent disintegration. In every case there appears to be a clear-cut sequence of stages:

·         From bondage to spiritual faith.

·         From faith to great courage.

·         From courage to liberty.

·         From liberty to abundance.

·         From abundance to complacency.

·         From complacency to selfishness.

·         From selfishness to apathy.

·         From apathy to dependency.

·         And from dependency back again into bondage.

Do you see the United States somewhere in this sequence? Has our great country been so compromised and corrupted that we’re now willing to march in lock step to our doom in the footsteps of other fallen nations? A British historian Alexander Tyler once said, “ A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government; they will only exist until the people find that they can vote money for themselves from the treasury and until the politicians find that they can distribute that money in order to buy votes and perpetuate themselves in power. Hence, democracies always collapse over weak fiscal policy to be followed by a dictatorship.  In the interest of space I will provide you with one quote from one of the masters of this crisis perpetuation.  David Rockefeller—Founder and honorary chairman, Council of the Americas. Chairman , Council on Foreign Relations. Founder and Honorary Chairman, Trilateral Commission__We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nation will accept the New World Order. He also said, "Some even believe we (Rockefeller family) are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure---one world, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it."

As result of this because of His mercy toward us, we forced a loving, longsuffering, and patient God to attempt to help us right the wrongs that have overtaken us. Sadly, through ignorance these actions will be taken by many as an unjust God allowing horrible thing to take place and will take a scoffing attitude toward God.  This alone should send warning signal to the Christian of what the apostle said concerning the last days just prior to the revealing of the anti-Christ, 2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first (forsaking God), and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition.  Things reach a point where sometimes extreme actions demand extreme measures to right the wrongs. Oh well at this point in our brief history we must stand with the apostle that said, 1 Corinthians 14:38 “But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant”.  2 Thessalonians 2:10-12 and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. The Lord God is about to make His entry on the world scene in a way not witnessed before but before He does He is going to take a people that have made themselves ready to meet Him in the clouds and it is they that will come back with Him to rule over the whole earth. I am talking about the rapture of the church very soon. He is going to separate the wheat from the tares because Matthew 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. If this election proved only one thing it would have to be that money is the prevalent god of “we the people” in America and God being a jealous God will destroy this false god and I think we can all agree this is happening right before our eyes. I caution you, to be careful to note He has used evil men before to accomplish His will. The bible is full of examples of this and I might add, God is still in control.

Just as most Americans ignored what Obama really stood for and his associations with mentors that are known communist such as Frank Marshall Davis, a member of the old Moscow-controlled Communist Party USA. In Obama's book, "Dreams From My Father," he repeatedly refers to his friend and adviser as Frank. Davis was a known communist who belonged to a party subservient to the Soviet Union.  Saul Alinsky, his creed was set out in his book 'Rules for Radicals' - a book he dedicated to Lucifer, whom he called the 'first radical'. It was Alinsky for whom 'change' was his mantra. And by 'change', he meant a Marxist revolution achieved by slow, incremental, Machiavellian means which turned society inside out. This had to be done through systematic deception, winning the trust of the naively idealistic middle class by using the language of morality to conceal an agenda designed to destroy it.The vehicle for the success of this operation is “community organizing”. William Ayers, the Reverrrrrend Wright, plus others it appears people are still blinded by this civilian security force that he considers paramount to his success and what it represents.  Add to that the fact Rahm Emauel Obama’s chief of staff is on record because of his book for instituting Hitler and Stalin’s forced community service program and you can see for yourself what is in the works for Americans. Get a grip, we now have for the first time in American history a communist as president and with that comes dictatorial leadership.  If you still doubt what I am saying just keep going as you are and by the time you realize the truth it will be too late.  The main purpose of this security force is to provide him and his cronies with the eyes and ears to report dissent so they can quickly suppress it.  Liberals and communist will not stand for anyone to disagree with them.  You should know this by now but if you don’t you will understand it shortly. This is who they are period and history proves me to be 100% correct on this.  My God, listen to the racist charges already being levied against conservative radio along with the call from Democrats for the return of the Fairness Doctrine, which in and of itself is a deceptive term used only to achieve appeal to the public conscience. This doctrine is everything but fair.  This in and of itself should alert Americans of what is coming only in more dramatic fashion.  If one expresses anger or opposition to Obama's policies he/she will be silenced.  If you think the terms bigot, racist, hatemonger or whatever else the liberal uses when opposing forces challenge their agenda are overused now you haven't seen anything yet.  Just wait until the Gestapo or civilian security forces show up at your door and threatens you with cutting off your social security or sends the environmental “whackos” to declare your yard a wetland as Clinton did his enemies, knowing full well you don’t have the resources to challenge them.  Liberals and communist do not believe in private property rights in the first place so expect your property to be used as a challenge to you.  

And if that don’t frost your cake expect this; if you don't adhere to their agenda after these threats they will consider you a terrorist and a threat to society and move you into one of the concentration camps that have already been prepared for such opposition. That’s right for several years these places have been being prepared and don’t be surprised to see a foreigner manning these posts. After all, Obama did say we must become citizens of the world. Former Congressman Henry Gonzales (deceased) said the plans are here whereby the government can evoke the military and arrest Americans and put them in detention camps in the name of stopping terrorism. The question is what do they consider a threat? The U.S. Senate has revealed the existence of a “Master Search Warrant” and “Master Arrest Warrant,” the latter of which (authorized by the Attorney General) directs the FBI to: Arrest persons whom I deem dangerous to the public peace and safety. Again I asked, “What is a threat?” According to the above it is whatever the Attorney General deems a threat to be. Remember, it was Janet Reno who said, “The religious right is the greatest threat.” Someone please explain to me what happened to the Bill of Rights in the derivation of these onerous laws and directives. Your current newly elected president has already stated he intends to use presidential directives soon after taking office. This eliminates the hassle of dealing with the congress to expedite his agenda for America. Of course, situations will arise to justify this action and judging by the American people’s response in this election they will give him their blessing to do so not realizing his real reasons lie in reshaping America in his image according to his Marxist ideological thinking.

I have to ask you the reader, who stole Articles 4, 5, and 6? Of course at present only the Navy and Marines can do this because they are not subject to USC Title 10 Posse Comitatus prohibitions against using federal military forces for domestic law enforcement? Could it be this National Security Force Obama is determined to have will be charged with this responsibility? Is this just another way the Democrats have come up with to circumvent the constitution?  Could it be anything that would impede the forward progress of the One-World Government? The people at Waco or Ruby Ridge must be examples of what they consider a threat. Bill Clinton took this a giant leap forward by creating an order (Presidential Directive #25) that says in a national emergency the U.N. would have the authority to come in and take over. 

President Bush made it even stronger with presidential directive 20 which states, the White House is given unprecedented dictatorial power over the government and the country, bypassing the US Congress and obliterating the separation of powers. The directive also placed the Secretary of Homeland Security in charge of domestic "security".   This directive establishes a comprehensive national policy on the continuity of Federal Government structures and operations and a single National Continuity Coordinator responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of Federal continuity policies. This policy establishes "National Essential Functions," prescribes continuity requirements for all executive departments and agencies, and provides guidance for State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector organizations in order to ensure a comprehensive and integrated national continuity program that will enhance the credibility of our national security posture and enable a more rapid and effective response to and recovery from a national emergency.

Definitions

(2) In this directive:

(a) "Category" refers to the categories of executive departments and agencies listed in Annex A to this directive;

(b) "Catastrophic Emergency" means any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions;

(c) "Continuity of Government," or "COG," means a coordinated effort within the Federal Government's executive branch to ensure that National Essential Functions continue to be performed during a Catastrophic Emergency;

(d) "Continuity of Operations," or "COOP," means an effort within individual executive departments and agencies to ensure that Primary Mission-Essential Functions continue to be performed during a wide range of emergencies, including localized acts of nature, accidents, and technological or attack-related emergencies;

(e) "Enduring Constitutional Government," or "ECG," means a cooperative effort among the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the Federal Government, coordinated by the President, as a matter of comity with respect to the legislative and judicial branches and with proper respect for the constitutional separation of powers among the branches, to preserve the constitutional framework under which the Nation is governed and the capability of all three branches of government to execute constitutional responsibilities and provide for orderly succession, appropriate transition of leadership, and interoperability and support of the National Essential Functions during a catastrophic emergency;

(f) "Executive Departments and Agencies" means the executive departments enumerated in 5 U.S.C. 101, independent establishments as defined by 5 U.S.C. 104(1), Government corporations as defined by 5 U.S.C. 103(1), and the United States Postal Service;

(g) "Government Functions" means the collective functions of the heads of executive departments and agencies as defined by statute, regulation, presidential direction, or other legal authority, and the functions of the legislative and judicial branches;

(h) "National Essential Functions," or "NEFs," means that subset of Government Functions that are necessary to lead and sustain the Nation during a catastrophic emergency and that, therefore, must be supported through COOP and COG capabilities; and

(i) "Primary Mission Essential Functions," or "PMEFs," means those Government Functions that must be performed in order to support or implement the performance of NEFs before, during, and in the aftermath of an emergency.

Policy

(3) It is the policy of the United States to maintain a comprehensive and effective continuity capability composed of Continuity of Operations and Continuity of Government programs in order to ensure the preservation of our form of government under the Constitution and the continuing performance of National Essential Functions under all conditions.

Implementation Actions

(4) Continuity requirements shall be incorporated into daily operations of all executive departments and agencies. As a result of the asymmetric threat environment, adequate warning of potential emergencies that could pose a significant risk to the homeland might not be available, and therefore all continuity planning shall be based on the assumption that no such warning will be received. Emphasis will be placed upon geographic dispersion of leadership, staff, and infrastructure in order to increase survivability and maintain uninterrupted Government Functions. Risk management principles shall be applied to ensure that appropriate operational readiness decisions are based on the probability of an attack or other incident and its consequences.

(5) The following NEFs are the foundation for all continuity programs and capabilities and represent the overarching responsibilities of the Federal Government to lead and sustain the Nation during a crisis, and therefore sustaining the following NEFs shall be the primary focus of the Federal Government leadership during and in the aftermath of an emergency that adversely affects the performance of Government Functions:

(a) Ensuring the continued functioning of our form of government under the Constitution, including the functioning of the three separate branches of government;

(b) Providing leadership visible to the Nation and the world and maintaining the trust and confidence of the American people;

(c) Defending the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and preventing or interdicting attacks against the United States or its people, property, or interests;

(d) Maintaining and fostering effective relationships with foreign nations;

(e) Protecting against threats to the homeland and bringing to justice perpetrators of crimes or attacks against the United States or its people, property, or interests;

(f) Providing rapid and effective response to and recovery from the domestic consequences of an attack or other incident;

(g) Protecting and stabilizing the Nation's economy and ensuring public confidence in its financial systems; and

(h) Providing for critical Federal Government services that address the national health, safety, and welfare needs of the United States.

(6) The President shall lead the activities of the Federal Government for ensuring constitutional government. In order to advise and assist the President in that function, the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism (APHS/CT) is hereby designated as the National Continuity Coordinator. The National Continuity Coordinator, in coordination with the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs (APNSA), without exercising directive authority, shall coordinate the development and implementation of continuity policy for executive departments and agencies. The Continuity Policy Coordination Committee (CPCC), chaired by a Senior Director from the Homeland Security Council staff, designated by the National Continuity Coordinator, shall be the main day-to-day forum for such policy coordination.

(7) For continuity purposes, each executive department and agency is assigned to a category in accordance with the nature and characteristics of its national security roles and responsibilities in support of the Federal Government's ability to sustain the NEFs. The Secretary of Homeland Security shall serve as the President's lead agent for coordinating overall continuity operations and activities of executive departments and agencies, and in such role shall perform the responsibilities set forth for the Secretary in sections 10 and 16 of this directive.

(8) The National Continuity Coordinator, in consultation with the heads of appropriate executive departments and agencies, will lead the development of a National Continuity Implementation Plan (Plan), which shall include prioritized goals and objectives, a concept of operations, performance metrics by which to measure continuity readiness, procedures for continuity and incident management activities, and clear direction to executive department and agency continuity coordinators, as well as guidance to promote interoperability of Federal Government continuity programs and procedures with State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector owners and operators of critical infrastructure, as appropriate. The Plan shall be submitted to the President for approval not later than 90 days after the date of this directive.

(9) Recognizing that each branch of the Federal Government is responsible for its own continuity programs, an official designated by the Chief of Staff to the President shall ensure that the executive branch's COOP and COG policies in support of ECG efforts are appropriately coordinated with those of the legislative and judicial branches in order to ensure interoperability and allocate national assets efficiently to maintain a functioning Federal Government.

(10) Federal Government COOP, COG, and ECG plans and operations shall be appropriately integrated with the emergency plans and capabilities of State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector owners and operators of critical infrastructure, as appropriate, in order to promote interoperability and to prevent redundancies and conflicting lines of authority. The Secretary of Homeland Security shall coordinate the integration of Federal continuity plans and operations with State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector owners and operators of critical infrastructure, as appropriate, in order to provide for the delivery of essential services during an emergency.

(11) Continuity requirements for the Executive Office of the President (EOP) and executive departments and agencies shall include the following:

(a) The continuation of the performance of PMEFs during any emergency must be for a period up to 30 days or until normal operations can be resumed, and the capability to be fully operational at alternate sites as soon as possible after the occurrence of an emergency, but not later than 12 hours after COOP activation;

(b) Succession orders and pre-planned devolution of authorities that ensure the emergency delegation of authority must be planned and documented in advance in accordance with applicable law;

(c) Vital resources, facilities, and records must be safeguarded, and official access to them must be provided;

(d) Provision must be made for the acquisition of the resources necessary for continuity operations on an emergency basis;

(e) Provision must be made for the availability and redundancy of critical communications capabilities at alternate sites in order to support connectivity between and among key government leadership, internal elements, other executive departments and agencies, critical partners, and the public;

(f) Provision must be made for reconstitution capabilities that allow for recovery from a catastrophic emergency and resumption of normal operations; and

(g) Provision must be made for the identification, training, and preparedness of personnel capable of relocating to alternate facilities to support the continuation of the performance of PMEFs.

(12) In order to provide a coordinated response to escalating threat levels or actual emergencies, the Continuity of Government Readiness Conditions (COGCON) system establishes executive branch continuity program readiness levels, focusing on possible threats to the National Capital Region. The President will determine and issue the COGCON Level. Executive departments and agencies shall comply with the requirements and assigned responsibilities under the COGCON program. During COOP activation, executive departments and agencies shall report their readiness status to the Secretary of Homeland Security or the Secretary's designee.

(13) The Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall:

(a) Conduct an annual assessment of executive department and agency continuity funding requests and performance data that are submitted by executive departments and agencies as part of the annual budget request process, in order to monitor progress in the implementation of the Plan and the execution of continuity budgets.

(b) In coordination with the National Continuity Coordinator, issue annual continuity planning guidance for the development of continuity budget requests; and

(c) Ensure that heads of executive departments and agencies prioritize budget resources for continuity capabilities, consistent with this directive.

(14) The Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy shall:

(a) Define and issue minimum requirements for continuity communications for executive departments and agencies, in consultation with the APHS/CT, the APNSA, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Chief of Staff to the President;

(b) Establish requirements for, and monitor the development, implementation, and maintenance of, a comprehensive communications architecture to integrate continuity components, in consultation with the APHS/CT, the APNSA, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Chief of Staff to the President; and

(c) Review quarterly and annual assessments of continuity communications capabilities, as prepared pursuant to section 16(d) of this directive or otherwise, and report the results and recommended remedial actions to the National Continuity Coordinator.

(15) An official designated by the Chief of Staff to the President shall:

(a) Advise the President, the Chief of Staff to the President, the APHS/CT, and the APNSA on COGCON operational execution options; and

(b) Consult with the Secretary of Homeland Security in order to ensure synchronization and integration of continuity activities among the four categories of executive departments and agencies.

(16) The Secretary of Homeland Security shall:

(a) Coordinate the implementation, execution, and assessment of continuity operations and activities;

(b) Develop and promulgate Federal Continuity Directives in order to establish continuity planning requirements for executive departments and agencies;

(c) Conduct biennial assessments of individual department and agency continuity capabilities as prescribed by the Plan and report the results to the President through the APHS/CT;

(d) Conduct quarterly and annual assessments of continuity communications capabilities in consultation with an official designated by the Chief of Staff to the President;

(e) Develop, lead, and conduct a Federal continuity training and exercise program, which shall be incorporated into the National Exercise Program developed pursuant to Homeland Security Presidential Directive-8 of December 17, 2003 ("National Preparedness"), in consultation with an official designated by the Chief of Staff to the President;

(f) Develop and promulgate continuity planning guidance to State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector critical infrastructure owners and operators;

(g) Make available continuity planning and exercise funding, in the form of grants as provided by law, to State, local, territorial, and tribal governments, and private sector critical infrastructure owners and operators; and

(h) As Executive Agent of the National Communications System, develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive continuity communications architecture.

(17) The Director of National Intelligence, in coordination with the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security, shall produce a biennial assessment of the foreign and domestic threats to the Nation's continuity of government.

(18) The Secretary of Defense, in coordination with the Secretary of Homeland Security, shall provide secure, integrated, Continuity of Government communications to the President, the Vice President, and, at a minimum, Category I executive departments and agencies.

(19) Heads of executive departments and agencies shall execute their respective department or agency COOP plans in response to a localized emergency and shall:

(a) Appoint a senior accountable official, at the Assistant Secretary level, as the Continuity Coordinator for the department or agency;

(b) Identify and submit to the National Continuity Coordinator the list of PMEFs for the department or agency and develop continuity plans in support of the NEFs and the continuation of essential functions under all conditions;

(c) Plan, program, and budget for continuity capabilities consistent with this directive;

(d) Plan, conduct, and support annual tests and training, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security, in order to evaluate program readiness and ensure adequacy and viability of continuity plans and communications systems; and

(e) Support other continuity requirements, as assigned by category, in accordance with the nature and characteristics of its national security roles and responsibilities.

General Provisions

(20) This directive shall be implemented in a manner that is consistent with, and facilitates effective implementation of, provisions of the Constitution concerning succession to the Presidency or the exercise of its powers, and the Presidential Succession Act of 1947 (3 U.S.C. 19), with consultation of the Vice President and, as appropriate, others involved. Heads of executive departments and agencies shall ensure that appropriate support is available to the Vice President and others involved as necessary to be prepared at all times to implement those provisions.

(21) This directive:

(a) Shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and the authorities of agencies, or heads of agencies, vested by law, and subject to the availability of appropriations;

(b) Shall not be construed to impair or otherwise affect (i) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budget, administrative, and legislative proposals, or (ii) the authority of the Secretary of Defense over the Department of Defense, including the chain of command for military forces from the President, to the Secretary of Defense, to the commander of military forces, or military command and control procedures; and

(c) Is not intended to, and does not, create any rights or benefits, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by a party against the United States, its agencies, instrumentalities, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

(22) Revocation. Presidential Decision Directive 67 of October 21, 1998 ("Enduring Constitutional Government and Continuity of Government Operations"), including all Annexes thereto, is hereby revoked.

(23) Annex A the classified Continuity Annexes, attached hereto, are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this directive.

(24) Security. This directive and the information contained herein shall be protected from unauthorized disclosure, provided that, except for Annex A, the Annexes attached to this directive are classified and shall be accorded appropriate handling, consistent with applicable Executive Orders.

Now consider this with a communist as president the way has been paved for Obama to do what comes naturally for him and his communist sympathizers. As far a person wanting to tell the truth to his/her fellow Americans but fearing reprisal for doing so, don’t worry these people at the top know they have found the right major crisis to create the strong delusional blindness that has gripped the American people to the point they have been bought hook, line, and sinker over the economic issue and very little else matters to them.  Proof of which is who they elected president. Should Christians Engage Themselves in Politics

Christians have been made to believe they shouldn’t engage themselves in the political arena and most have bought into this lie. Jesus involved himself in the politics of his day on monetary matters as well as other things. Matthew 21:12 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves. Further study of this event reveals some unknowns to most. These businessmen with the approval of the political and religious establishment of that day were deceiving the common folk if you will into exchanging their money for worthless money hence the term moneychangers. Do we not see this exact same thing happening in America today in its various forms and being propagated by politicians in Washington? Remember this scripture is given us for an example to follow. Very seldom is the same action taken recorded repeatedly except for some in the gospels. He may have very well done this in other places as well. The scripture says he did so many things there was not room to write it all down. Common sense tells me it was unnecessary to record every instance where the same thing was accomplished. Can you imagine reading over and over everything Jesus did. What would be the purpose?   Again, these examples provide the roadmap for the Christian to follow. The Apostles and Christians were knee deep in involvement of the political climate of their day and were killed because of their biblical stands against men of corrupt minds but guess what; a survey of all they did gives us the right to know the truth that will unto salvation for all that adhere to it . These men of corrupt minds were the same as we see today in America constantly changing the political climate of their day for their own gain, which always lead to moral decay. Paul challenged both the political and religious establishment of their day on issues and in this particular text of Acts 15 below about circumcision. In Acts chapters 25 and 26 we find the apostle Paul challenging the King himself. If a king is not a politician what is he? He also challenged them concerning immoral sex acts such as homosexuality (Romans 1) and this included the political viewpoints of the leaders of these countries. Today in America this same issue is being fought by the opposing political forces that be. The Democrats are pushing for same sex marriage and the right to kill innocent babies and the Republicans are against this and allowing homosexuals the right to adopt children. For example: Acts 15:2 When therefore Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain other of them, should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question. The apostle didn’t mince words with these leaders as the text above suggest. In other words, unlike many of us Christians today they put faith on their legs and took it to them. The frustration of these political and spiritual leaders (notice the text says rulers) grew so bad they accused Paul of Acts 17:6 and when they found them not, they drew Jason and certain brethren unto the rulers of the city, crying, These that have turned the world upside down are come hither also. This is but one example of the role of the Christian in society today to challenge the political establishment when they go astray of righteous living as given by God’s word. The question that begs an answer is why should Christians engage themselves in the politics of the day? The answer to a good conscience is this we are fighting against Ephesians 6:12 for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places and this includes men that rule over the lives of people. It was men Jesus and the apostles fought against that were under the influence of the imps of Satan. Is it not true the issue of homosexuality being challenged by the church is now being fought in the political landscape which includes the courts? If Christians were not opposed to this abomination there would be no problem. Like it or not as long as a person/persons stand against immorality a political solution will inevitably follow. The answer to a good conscience is for all Christians to reach the unity of the spirit as we are admonished to do on these immoral issues and tear down the strongholds of these rulers of darkness of this world and against spiritual wickedness in high places.  If we do this then the battle becomes the Lords. Thus saith the LORD unto you, be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's. Of course the main prerequisite is for Christians is to first examine themselves to see if they are of the faith. Second, do all of the above as laid out in Ephesians the sixth chapter and throw in 2^nd Chronicles 7:14 for good measure and we will have assured victory. So as you can see from the above this idea that Christians should not engage themselves in politics is pure hogwash.   Revelation 3:18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that you may be rich; and white raiment, that thou may be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. But I would have you to know O vain man, that faith without works is dead? Prayer from a sincere repentant heart will produce fruit. We are to as the scripture admonishes us to James 5:16 confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much and Romans 8:31 what shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?  We must avoid; Matthew 15:7-19 you hypocrites, well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying, this people draw nigh unto me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand; It is not that which goes into the mouth defiles a man but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defiles a man. Then came his disciples, and said unto him, do you know that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying? But he answered and said every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up. Let them alone: they are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.  Hebrews 4:12 for the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 

Because as I have already pointed out the battle we are fighting is against the principalities and powers of the air or on high, which makes it spiritual makes it impossible to separate the spiritual from the political. They are inevitably intertwined and as the last book of the bible teaches us the spiritual (false prophet) and political will have such a negative effect on human beings with the anti-Christ and the false church leadership joining forces and it will only be by God’s intervention that it be righted.  I for one do not want the Lord to look upon me and say Isaiah 63:5 And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me.  Even our first president George Washington knew better when he made the statement; "Do not let anyone claim to be a true American if they ever attempt to remove religion from politics." Benjamin Franklin said, "Whoever will introduce into public affairs (both social and political) the principles of Christianity will change the face of the world." This statement seems to contradict today’s version of separation and church doesn’t it?

America is fast becoming the most secular humanistic nation in the history of the world and that is the main reason she has entered into decline as other great nations in history have done. Why did those great empires fall apart? They were given great blessings by God Almighty but refused to give God the glory for what they had received. In our day and time most in leadership positions refuse to recognize Him as God at all. Our God is a jealous God. Each of those great empires fell into worshiping false gods with the root of this worship centering on the I and Me, which today is the most important part of the teaching of the growing “Emergent Church” doctrine. In other words, you are your own god or whatever you think is right it is right. They worshiped the creature instead of the Creator. This pagan worship led God to reveal His Holy indignation by removing His blessings from them, and once God removes His blessings the inevitable end is in sight. “If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay [it] to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the LORD of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay [it] to heart,” Malachi 2:2.

Secularism is sweeping America through its educational system beginning in the public school and on into the colleges. The greatest fault or result of this ideology is it disregards history’s lessons of the past even to the point rewriting the history books in order to eliminate self-examination of why one believes the way he/she does. Critical thinking was once a vital tool that inspired ideas for seeking answers and was a requisite part of the educational system but no more. Secular humanism means just the opposite of spiritual; its emphasis is on worldly material things and doesn’t take into consideration the spiritual ramifications that inevitably have the last say in the matter. The best way I can describe this is with the word of God, which says; Isaiah 56:11 yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter. As most know the message of repentance from the pulpits of America is becoming rarer and the above scripture lays out part of the reason why. The other reason lies in the people themselves and reveals where we are on God’s time clock as described in the following verses, 2 Timothy 4:3-4 for the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. 2 Peter 3:3-4 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, and saying, Where is the promise of his coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. Isaiah 56:12 Come ye, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and tomorrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant. Isaiah 22:13 and behold joy and gladness, slaying oxen, and killing sheep, eating flesh, and drinking wine: let us eat and drink; for tomorrow we shall die. In other words, drink and party like there is no tomorrow. I could go into the statistics of money spent and lives destroyed because of alcohol, drugs, immoral movies and television, pornography and how these have lead to other horrible things but I think most are aware of the devastating affects this has had on American society.

Prior to the fall of all the great recorded nations this was the mindset so this is not a new thing. Yes, there are different variations as to the approach but the end result is the same. Secular humanism teaching puts the emphasis on the I and me and dictates that the pulpits nurture these feelings or start looking for another job. Let me say right here I don’t envy the sincere minister of the gospel today. He/she must be totally sold out to the cause of God and willing make to the necessary sacrifices to promote it. Secular humanistic teaching releases one from the consequences their actions and finds a scapegoat to justify their actions. It is a feel good society or as the educational system teaches it “one’s personal self esteem” is more important than truth.

For example, in many of the public schools in California it is well documented that Clinton’s goals 2000 education says that if a student says 2+2=5 then that is what it is because that is what the student wants it to be and his/her self esteem takes precedence over truth. This is as plain and straight-forward of an example as I can give concerning the results of what secular humanistic influence has had on American society. And to add reinforcement or a safeguard to this doctrine of what is called political correctness, which is essence says be careful how you say that or you can get into serious trouble. Of course this was added to thwart those that would disagree with the teaching of secular humanistic teaching by presenting the threat of legal challenges to them. This is one of the main reasons public school officials surrender to these thugs and go along with their evil dogma. Another example of how well this theology has taken root is the voter him/herself. Many times I have heard and I am sure many of you have also individuals say the government is corrupt; they make promises and don’t keep them. They promise us this or that and don’t deliver so I am going to vote for what I can get out of it. Again the emphasis falls on I and me as a result of what how well secular humanistic teaching has engrained the mindset of many Americans and in particular the Christian.

Many that call themselves Christians say they are against abortion and turning homosexuals loose on our children and rightly say the Republicans platform includes opposition to same-sex marriage and abortion but they don’t do anything about it. They justify voting for the party they know pushes these issues by using the above excuse for what they can get out of it for own selfish self and the politicians know this. They know they can get re-elected to office by taking the possessions of others and giving to those of the I and me persuasion and get their vote. So far those of you that still have a conscience I suggest you consider something the apostle Paul said in the book of Philippians for conscience sake. The scripture does teach Hebrews 10:22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water. 1 Peter 2:19 for this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully. Paul’s approach to voting I believe would be this; Philippians 1:15-18 Some indeed preach Christ even of envy and strife; and some also of good will: The one preach Christ of contention, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my bonds: But the other of love, knowing that I am set for the defense of the gospel. What then? Notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice. As mentioned above, the excuse by many that the Republicans say they are against abortion and same-sex marriage but don’t do anything to stop so I’m voting for me doesn’t seem to hold much water now does it? So for conscience sake follow the example of the apostle meaning even though they may not be sincere and only seeking the Christian vote by making this a part of their platform the fact remains they are on the national stage and by having this as an issue brought before the American conscience a Christian should take this into consideration. After all, what is the first commandment and to be obedient to that first commandment means a Christian will do what he/she needs to do to be pleasing to God and think eternally instead of the here and now. James 4:13-15 Go to now, ye that say, today or tomorrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain: Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that. Hypothetically, imagine yourself sitting across the table from the righteous judge Jesus Christ and having to explain why you voted as a Christian for a party that is determined to kill innocent little babies and turn homosexuals loose even on your own children or grandchildren, how would you explain this to Him and do you think the above justification would vindicate you?

Finally, please consider this, in a study done by Dixie Lee Ray; he noted that throughout the history of great democratic nations, they endured about 200 years before their fall from power and subsequent disintegration. In every case there appears to be a clear-cut sequence of stages:

·         From bondage to spiritual faith.

·         From faith to great courage.

·         From courage to liberty.

·         From liberty to abundance.

·         From abundance to complacency.

·         From complacency to selfishness.

·         From selfishness to apathy.

·         From apathy to dependency.

·         And from dependency back again into bondage.

Do you see the United States somewhere in this sequence? Has our great country been so compromised and corrupted that we’re now willing to march in lock step to our doom in the footsteps of other fallen nations? A British historian Alexander Tyler once said, “ A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government; they will only exist until the people find that they can vote money for themselves from the treasury and until the politicians find that they can distribute that money in order to buy votes and perpetuate themselves in power. Hence, democracies always collapse over weak fiscal policy to be followed by a dictatorship.
